Marvin Oliver (Quinault/Isleta Pueblo), created this cast bronze sculpture, “Spirit of our Youth” at 14th Ave. and E. Remington Court. It takes the form of an orca fin, with the body of the whale indicated in the earthwork. King County Arts Commission, Seattle, Washington, 1996.
