Painted at the 2013 He Sapa Wacipi/Black Hills Powwow, this project is part of the beginning of a long term community outreach project that will work with the Black Hills Sioux Nation Treaty Council, the Lakota People’s Law Project, and High Schools across Pine Ridge.
